Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you wish to make a complaint about the service you have received from Ruck & Ruck or any other issue, this details what action will be taken.

1) All complaints must be in writing.

2) You will receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 3 working days, and a proper investigation will promptly be undertaken.

3) A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. A senior member of staff, not directly involved in the transaction, will deal with the complaint.

4) in the event that you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the investigation, and/or wish to appeal the decision you must notify Ruck & Ruck, in writing, within 15 working days.

5) A review of the complaint will be made by the Senior Partner of Ruck & Ruck.

6) Following the conclusion of the investigation you will receieve a written statement expressing the final view, including any offer/s made.
