I wouldn't recommend them as a letting agent. At the start the inventory was incorrect, with number of items broken or not working. We flagged this up to Margret. What agent could do to change your mind?
This agent needs to have a much more customer focused approach and much better communication skills. Call when you say you will and deal with things in a timely manner.
