I have had the worst experience with Romans Uxbridge branch. I suffered a lot due to their negligence of not ensuring that the landlord provided adequate heating for more than 8 months. Just imagine going through the winter season without adequate heating? Shame on you Romans!...

My only issue is with retention of deposit at end of tenancy. This is very much stacked against the tenant whose only redress seems to be through a lengthy ombudsman process.
