Darren and Andrew are both helpful and always get back to me when they say they will. Having said that, they only contact me when essential. I wanted a hands-off arrangement with managing my property and that's what I get. What I also like is that all the office staff are up to speed on my property, so it doesn't really matter who I speak with. Overall, a professional, efficient service....

I have used Rogers & Partners as my letting agent for about 18 months and I have only praise for them. From advertising properties, getting viewings, checking prospective tenants and assisting with tenant problems (defaulting on rent payments or not leaving a property in an appropriate condition), they handle it all with professionalism. Everyone I've dealt with has been approachable and a pleasure to work with....

Fees are reasonable. Some agents have lower fees, but I doubt I'd get the same level of service, especially when there are problems to deal with.

The agency was only interested in responding to questions when they wanted information. They also showed no care or concern that the property was dangerous and could have been lethal. The admin fee for contracts to be renewed was daylight robbery instead of being allowed a rolling contract once fixed term had finished. It was my first time letting a property and so I contacted Rogers and Partners on recommendation from a friend who rents properties locally. I was shown courtesy at our first meeting, given help with the procedures and paperwork, advised on how to present my property and was introduced to a first rate tenant. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for rented accommodation. I have rented a lovely house through Rogers and Partners for the past two years. Their service has been both very professional and friendly. Any matters that needed to be dealt with regarding the property were done quickly and efficiently with the least disruption to myself. I have worked with Rogers for 6 years. Originally I spoke to a number of agencies, but they were the only ones who seemed to listen to my concerns, and they gave the best advice for my situation, particularly regarding decoration work. Was a tenant for 2 years, everything fine until we came to move out. The staff are rude and incompetent, try every tactic to drain your security deposit including charging you twice for contract fees you have already paid. On handing in our notice we were told that we would be charged for four months notice rather than the contractual two months. Our landlord client was successful at arbitration and achieved a higher settlement than we had previously recommended. Had this tenant listed to us and taken our advice they would have been financially better off.....

Rogers and Partners provided a highly professional service in finding my tenant and ensuring their move went smoothly. Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received from us, please email in the first instance, stating your grievance to andystrevens@rogers-partners.com. Your complain will then be addressed by one of the company's founders.There are processes in place to deal with your complaint including referring it to an outside arbitrator if it can not be dealt with in-house.To date, since our inception in 1996, we have yet to have one single complaint referred to a third party.We are very proud of this record.
