I have recently been looking for a property to rent and I applied for a property through Zoopla with Roger Deans, I was informed that to proceed I would need to pay a fee and deposit the rep called me to discuss he pointed out that there was a fee and I would have to pay a deposit, he informed the fee was non returnable but the deposit was, the fee was for their administration charges.
