Robinsons deserve all the bad reviews posted below. The replies by Robinsons are hardly apologies, and that is exactly their problem. They provide an abysmal service and think that this is acceptable. Tracy turned up an hour late for both of our appointments, and they are quick to accuse you of not paying fees, when they haven't checked properly. When we had water leaking through the ceiling, near electrics, they asked us to 'Take a photo'. Never mind that we have a child in the house! Also they...

I am somewhat saddened by the contents of this post, we DO take all customer and especially maintenance issues very seriously. I would like to point out that we do NOT have any working relationship or contract with this site: Allagents.co.uk as we are unable to verify any comments that are made or prove they are indeed genuine. AllAgents will not communicate with many estate agent that it lists on its site and has had much controversy made against it within various press releases. We ....

If you wish to buy, sell, or let your property, don\'t go to Robinsons. Normal business rules dont apply here - they would rather keep their pride than make a sale. Communication quickly breaks down the moment you uncover one of their many lies. There\'s lots of talk from this agency but little action, and even less truth. I'm very sorry that you continue to remain unhappy with your experience with us. I believe prior to the surveyor coming into our office that you were more than happy with our service and had built a good relationship with all of my staff. Acting on a professional level, I continue to stand by my decision NOT to release keys to any property without any form of identification protecting our client/s (the home-owner/s) of which we did explain in great detail to your surveyor, I don't feel that ....

Robinsons believe in good customer service and welcome constructive feedback from both good and bad experiences. I rented a property from Robbinsons and was very disappointed with their services. I took out a years tenancy and within the 8 months my owner decided to sell. So we had to move. We called the agent for advise and they were no help at all. They had properties that was going on the market for rental and didnt even bother inform us as they knew we were looking for a place. Sadly we are unable to please everybody, whatÒ€ℒs more disheartening is that too many people are quick to criticize rather than compliment. In our opinion in the case the tenant had caused damage to the property by breaking glass to gain entry, we were never able to make contact with tenants regarding various maintenance issues when raised and in deed for future properties when looking. Very disappointed with Robinsons Customer Service regarding a potential purchase & Sale.
