I completely regret not looking at these reviews before embarking on a career path with this company. Terrible tactics to get a sale through. Pressure tactics galore. Lies about communications with vendor. Kevin Wooder in particular is a disgraceful person to do business with and as if facial hair make you appear more trustworthy! I will be writing to the ombudsman about him. Learnt from this experience and next time will walkaway from a sale rather than be pressured the way I was. Please think twice when dealing with any estate agent that deal with public in this way....

The worst expierience ever ! We made an offer and it was accepted but during the weekend they let someone else to buy it. It looks that they didn't want to sell the house to us because we choose different agent to sell our current property. They even hung up the phone !!! The most unprofessional agents I have ever dealt with. They use bullying tactics against buyers if they don't increase their price. I lowered my original by £2k as I had more to think about over the weekend and the manager was so obnoxious over the phone and didn't have the guts to speak to me face to face. Never ever let from Robinson Jackson in Sydenham. The property i moved in had multiple disrepair issues. They didnt tell me any of it beforehand and you never find out before using it (tiolet heating and cooker not working, flush broken, window frame broken, growing mould in the bathroom). I would NEVER use this agent again to buy properties, nor would I recommend them. They lied from the start regarding the buying process, and when I get a letter stating I have has my offer accepted they let other buyers to raise the price!. within 4 days and that includes a weekend I get told I need to be in a race to get a survey produced! complete lack of feeling towards the buyer....

I experienced rude customer services from the staff; this is an unprofessional estate agent. Rude on the phone, even hang up on me. Manager was supposed to look into the matter and get back to me (which he never did) shows lack of professionalism from a senior member of the company. My buyer died, after waiting about two weeks over xmas, someone offered me 20K less than asking price which when dealing with property at 200K is massive! Locks were changed by their contractors who didn\'t pass on a spare key as a management set. No procedure for them to monitor this so were unaware they didn\'t have a full set of keys. They could have done their job with less incompetence, more willingness to sort out the issue and a more helpful approach. Julia Riley in particular was awful. When I entered their office, instead of a warm welcome and a cheery disposition she adopted the pose of a rabbit in headlights. She appeared caught out by a customer actually asking her what she had done, other than sit at her desk and make ineffective phone calls.

I recently reserved a flat through the Orpington office of Robinson Jackson and dealt with Steve and Mark who was very knowledgeable about letting properties.
