Dear Mr Hughes, I think you may have mixed up with a different agency we have no record of you on file as one our Tenants. We always protect our Tenants Deposits with MyDeposits.co.uk as this is a legal requirement and our Tenancy Agreement is a 16-page document. Please check the paper work you signed for the property and please let me know if there is any mention of Robinson Marsh. I am more than happy to discuss this issue with you over phone to help to clarify the situation on 020 7868 1444. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
