I currently rent a house with Robert watts. I am very disappointed with the treatment I have received of them. Every time I ring up with a problem I get a woman called Jillian on the phone who speaks to me with an attitude and is very rude to me. I have not dealt with this agency before (and I wont be) but as so many other reviews have said they charge for renewal of contracts when they already have charged for credit checks and admin fees initially, so effectively charging for your signatures!

We were charged ‚£95 per person for credit checks and references. Although only my partner had the checks done. I was named as additional tenant and not the main occupier. Robbed us of ‚£95!

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Get the defect sorted through the landlord instead of telling lies about the parts turning up a week earlier. 2. Actually care that I was moving due to a breach on their part and making it smooth 3. Booking all prospective tenants viewing, communicating to me and turning up at the viewings. 4. Supplying the correct information about getting my deposit returned.

I have had a similar experience with Robert Watts, Money from bond taken after end of tenancy by the landlord to cut council shrubs outside property, Council agree landlady could not do this, Robert Watts Backed her up 100%. LIKE IT or LUMP IT ATTITUDE TOWARDS TENANTS, so long as they get their commissions. Never Use These Again ...
