There isn't anything that the agents aren't willing to do. They are quick to arrange viewings and now we've moved in really helpful - providing advice and solving any problems we have very quickly. Nothing is a problem. With their personal service and professional approach I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Jonathan was our agent and provided an excellent and personal service....

A TOTAL LET DOWN. After waiting 1 hour in front of the flat for a viewing (which I wasn't even advised about it) the agent finally turns up 1 hour late and it's not over yet, on top of that he shows me a different flat than the one on the ad. The room was almost half the size and when I said it's not the same flat he told me but it's very similar. What a joke! One of those typical and no respect or whatsoever towards their client....

The situation was as following. Has submitted a deposit for a flat (non-binding agreement) that eventually I never received back. The flat application had to be dropped due to a condition that I did not meet. To set this aside, there a written promise from the owner himself that the deposit will be refunded given another tenant takes the place. The flat was quickly occupied (a friend did a check and they refused her to let it) but the deposit never refunded. Well... it is worth to mention that t...

Amazing agency! Sold my house through RLP 2 years ago and was given a 5 star service. I've since bought a rental investment through them which they rent and manage for me. I have great tenants and everyone in the office is so helpful whenever I call or pop in....

Was a tenant for a year a few years ago. When I left, I couldn't attend the time they'd set to go round and check inventory, so had to trust them. I never saw a penny of my deposit again. One of the outlandish claims was a small TV had been taken. The TV in question was moved into a wardrobe on day one and never used once. I had forgotten to take it out of the wardrobe, but when I said it was there, was told it wasn't and was conned out of 1300. Perhaps the landlord was to blame more than Robert...
