One of the best agents I have come across in my life time. Moved in about 12 months ago, the staff are friendly and helpful. Always keep us updated with any changed or any maintenance. They make all costs and other information clear upfront. Don\'t have to wait ages to get reply the are pretty quick and organised. Would recommend them...

I was a tenant of an rnr for about a year but then had to move out of Reading. They were helpful when I used them. Like when I had boiler problems they came out in a couple of hours. My place now I had to wait about 3 days to get it sorted. I had not dealt with an agency before and was pretty happy....

This agency are run by an Indian family that are only and solely interested in getting your money. Every time there is a problem "It is the landlords fault- he is dodgy\' , excuses etc , although they charge you for in house maintenance . Say the window frame fell out for example, they have hidden in the contract in tiny writing that the lessee shall have to pay the first 50% of such occurances. The saleswoman made everything up as she went along , property was supposed to have parking. ...

Stop telling lies. Stop begging monies. Provide an honest service, you are shaming yourselves all over the net and community.

This agency are truly terrible. will claim no responsibility for anything. its all your landlords problem.. the only thing they do quickly is take your money and over charge you.. would advise homelessness as a more stress free option than using this company!...

I am an ex-tenant of RNR Lettings and was very pleased with their service, i only wish RNR managed the property i am currently living in. My current agent is useless, it has been 5 days since I have been withoout heating and hot water and they havent even sent an engineer, i had the same problem when RNR was my agent and not only did they fix the boiler within two days but they provided me with heaters temporarily. Thank you RNR :)...

Our house was broken into just before Christmas and we came home to find the back door wide open. Thankfully, nothing was taken, but it wasn't difficult for him/her/them to get in since the lock and the back door weren't made to be used for the exterior and with a little effort, the lock can be picked without damage. I contacted RNR and asked them to change the lock. The landlord has refused to do anything because the door itself wasn't damaged. So I can't change or alter the lock, nor can I...

Appauling! Use with caution or at least try to deal with the landlord directly! If you fully understand your rights or have a good solicitor, and are prepared to stand up to them, then they are manageable, but there are plenty of other properties available for a lot less hassle! Not only did they repeatedly lie about problems with plumbing, electricity, parking and basic standards of living, but also accused the tenant of creating the problems that were there before moving in, in addition to ...

Wow I cannot believe this is the same agency! As a TENANT of R n R Reading I can vouch for their TERRIBLE service. For example I received a letter from the council recently regarding their ILLEGAL transformation of the 4 storey building into 5 flats. The reason for these rules is so that tenants like myself do not find themselves living in accommodation which has leaking pipes, blocked drains causing sewage filled sinks and washing machines, holes in the ceiling from flooding, unannounced entra....
