We have responded to all communications with the owners on this development and have met with them both at evening meetings and have made ourselves available when undertaking site visits. As this is a new build company we are aware that the developer has not completed all legal obligations and we do not have permission to call an AGM at this time, this will follow at the earliest opportunity and Resident Directors will be appointed. Oh listen I am not referring to the present situation Roo Joshi - I am asking you why your normal service charges are £2800 per annum compared to £1600 from other companies? You seem like you are not willing to answer this question - obviously because you know you cannot justify the charges so hence you are deflecting it to the fire issue at present.
