I would not recommend Richmonds due to the terrible and frankly unprofessional service we received when we first moved to Birmingham. Unhelpful staff, did not answer our calls (only when we called from private numbers) promised receipts for admin fee transactions but we did not receive these and ... Read Full Review

I can highly recommend Richmonds letting agents, they helped let my property in Harborne as i am a new landlady with no experience.
