Throughout our tenancy with Rhapsody, we have experienced numerous problems, which have come to a head in us trying to reclaim our deposit back. Having left the property in a better condition than that which we inherited, their double standards have resulted in us taking our dispute to arbitration. If you are good, conscientious tenants, then DO NOT rent with this company. The service we received throughout our tenancy was terrible, and we would certainly not recommend them....

We are very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service that we provided. If a deposit went to the arbitration service the DPS would have resolved in a fair manner. the agent involved in our letting was rhapsody, at jesmond and we realy do regret walking into their offices and misplacing our trust our eyes have been well and truly opened and we are sickened by them. in july we moved into the flat from sewer hell and felt we tenants had been given misleading information, about an absolutely filthy, damp and mouldy, flat. we were told by the agent a new kitchen and breakfast bar was being fitted, it did not happen, and probably was never going to, we move...

We take complains very seriously and have a complaints procedure in place for anyone who is dissatisfied with our service. This property was definitely not managed by Rhapsody Property Consultants although I do not know which property it is we would never hand over a property in that condition. I would be happy to discuss any concerns you may have with the level of service you have received and would ask that you contact me directly to discuss.....

Nobody turned up at the property I was meant to view today. I called the agent James who the appointment was with and was informed that he didn\'t come into work today and another colleague was supposed to take over the viewing. I called the office and was told that someone (not the lady herself mind) called me this morning and left a voice mail. What agent could do to change your mind?
Don\'t lie and say someone called you when blatantly nobody did. Don\'t book viewings for propeties you don\'t have the keys for or have access to and try to make an effort to help your customers.
