AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This company owes us several years of back rent, never checked our property, tenants left our house deralict, broken & full of rubbish which we had to clear out ourselves!! For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
