The amount of complaints about RPM that are out of their control. You can't complain about high service charges if the building needs a lot of attention and work. Common sense....

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have been waiting 3 months now for them to sort an issue, but they just ignore all emails and refuse to answer the phone. Would avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy causing yourself unnecessary stress....
