I have had a nice little flat from Castle Homes for 6 months. It was very reasonably priced but Castle Homes have had absolutely no interest in any issues I have had with the flat in the whole time I have been there. On moving out I have been presented with a bill for changing light bulbs that were not working when I moved in. I tried to speak to the Branch manager but he was not interested in the fact his people had ignored my complaints for 6 months and has deducted the deposit anyway. I would recommend that people stay away from Castle Homes as they don't care about their clients at all and are only after their money.

I was a tenant at 9 Carlton House for over 8 years. In those eight years we had to deal with tenants smoking cannabis regularly and the smell was in every room and corridor of the building. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
