Very concerning conduct by this agency regarding the repeat rental of a property where they KNOW black mould and damp are present, yet their excuse is that " the property owner is not prepared to spend any money on addressing the disrepair"
So why if you are truly a reputable agency REVIVE which cares about tenants, would you continue to work with such a landlord?!
Revive's culpability in the persistent rental of properties where there is evident and reported damp and black mould which is seriously detrimental to the health of young children, is disgraceful and clearly demonstrates their love of profits over people!
