The Lettings Hub

Most of the ‘good’ review are from landlords and agents. Most of the ‘bad’ reviews are from customers, the prospective tenants who are the only party spending money in this relationship and who are treated as the fodder that owe all the other parties in the relationship a living and are made to feel they are privileged to even be entertained by them. You must do all the work yourself and if you need support with their highly intrusive ‘do it all yourself’ on line portal you are ignored. My advice from bitter experience … if you are a prospective tenant, enquire with the letting agent if they reference with the ‘lettings hub, before you view any property. The result of which was that the thing I was looking forward to most about my new home was moving out and I hadn't even moved in yet. I had hoped you may have improved in the past two years and now provided some modicum of customer service and a vaguely pleasant customer experience. Unfortunately I have found that you are still the shambolic company you were two years ago. As a consequence of this I refuse to place my business with the lettings hub or any business that is associated with you.”
