Southcourt Property Management

I feel compelled to write a review following the two negative comments on Southcourt. I do genuinely believe this company are the reason my lettings business is such a success. I am now currently helping a brand new client of theirs set up in Oxford and her words are the package she purchased has been 'priceless' as she is new to the industry. The company offers what I personally feel is an excellent level of knowledge for the costs paid and I do believe the previous reviews simply expected a lot for nothing. Of course there must be some of your own research to add to the base literature given by Southcourt. Maybe you should have gone for a franchise and paid upwards of 350,000 to set up? In response to the level of customer service remarks, I can faithfully say that in all my years of recommending this company, ( I take sometimes 3 or 4 calls in a single month asking for info)everyone I speak to speaks highly of them. Please don't take two negative reviews out of the 1000's of happy customers and base your decision on it. Go in with your own mind, experience the fun and honest advice and make your choices from that. Estate agency does not have to be stuffy and unapproachable but if you were to walk into any service provider with attitude then surely shouldn't we expect a bit back? If someone entered your office and were rude to your staff continuously, would you not retaliate? What is the difference if you're sat behind a keyboard? (If indeed the comment about the retaliation is true but if it is,marvellous response, I highly doubt there is any truth in it though) So in essence, please don't take two negative reviews as a general representation! Look at all the unspoken good with the 1000's of clients they have helped(me for one) build their own client base to a fantastic level! Yes you will need to do some research but as a business person, you'd be mad not to. I am in no way connected financially, professionally or personally to this company, in fact I have never met any member of staff once, but my support has always been faultless and well timed in response. I truly hope you continue to help people grow. I for one can only thank you for the opportunities your pack gave me and continues to do so as without it, I would not have the lifestyle and super business that I have! Thumbs up all the way, 5 stars is not enough!
