“I had service with a company which went okay at first. After a while I had problems with the service. I got in touch and the company weren't helpful. It was an online security service and after a week of being unable to log in and check my account or use it the company in question still were not helping. The people there were rude and I asked for some patience telling them about a disability I have making things hard online at times in the sense of even being able to see the screen in front of me. At that point the antagonistic behaviour ramped up to a vicious degree. (Source : reviews.io)
