“Fake negative reviews full of complete lies by customers who are clearly out to damage businesses. Allowed by trust pilot to completely make up experiences that can be proved false but not allowed to remove them even if the business can prove its false. Claims of defemation by customers who are clearly lying are dismissed even though their fake reviews are clearly damaging a business. Told to stop reporting reviews or we will be blocked from reporting them. They clearly let anyone say anything without no concern of wether it’s true or not, they have taken control of peoples businesses even when products are not purchased through them, without there being proper moderation of reviews. Customers who have never existed leaving reviews about situations that have never happened. Customers who you can prove have been treated fairly allowed to make up stories and fake experiences because they don’t like that their mistake lead to them having to pay extra in delivery charges or things like that. Trust pilot has taken control of peoples businesses without any involvement in them or care for them what so ever. And you can’t demand that your business name and website be removed from there. So anyone can say anything they like true or not and be allowed to get away with it. We are having to resort to finding all proof and taking each person to court should they not remove all the lies from their reviews because trust pilot will not review a review even when you have clear evidence of the comments in the review all being lies. Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service to business owners, unregulated and damaging to all businesses. It should be the businesses choice to be on websites such as this.” (Source : reviews.io)
