I instructed Connells, Oxley Park Milton Keynes to sell my property in early August and it has been a very disappointing and time wasting experience. I had numerous alleged offers and then the vendors pulled out and 1 which has lasted over 1 month from me accepting an offer. The property was listed on numerous sites as STC despite no memorandum of sale being issued. This is against company policy according to their head office in Leighton Buzzard. They have kept promising the documents were coming for weeks blaming various factors and staff sickness etc. These could have easily been produced remotely weeks ago. Generally also very poor communications from them. Would never use again!

This company has cost me the sale of my house leaving me with legal bills to pay and no house to move into. Their couldn't care less attitude is a disgrace. They charged me £499 for mortgage advise service. The mortgage advisor said he had submitted my application but he didn't. I asked him several times and he said to me he did submit. He lied.
