Appalling service from this estate agent. After making an offer on a property for sale with them, I was told this was rejected, this seemed to happen very quickly so I emailed to ask if they has put my offer to the vendor, the response I got was NO thy hadn't put the offer forward and wanted our best and final offer! I then called the agent to make an enquiry to see if someone put an offer forward do the have to put this to the vendor the agent said yes so to clarify i asked is it law that you do so, again the agent said yes so I asked why our offer had not been put forward. The agent was then annoyed and said she will put it forward but it will be rejected!

Shocking service, complete disregard for client satisfaction. I would absolutely never rent with this company again.
