I was so impressed with Steven who worked for Haarts Blaby from him valuing the property we were selling to finding a buyer very quickly indeed. He was so professional and so interested in his work. He inspired confidence from the beginning and followed through by finding a buyer. Sadly as the sale took over 6 months to complete Steven wasn’t there to completion but Kaley took over and was really kind and caring.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
