Do not work with Duane and DIJ, they took a deposit, sourcing fee and rent upfront. The property was ready and it never completed. Duane and DIJ have never returned my money. My solicitor approached them and they ignored this approach and never returned my money. I urge you not to work with them as they will rip you off.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
