Awful experience provided by Patrick Gardner whilst dealing with my grandfathers probate sale. In dealing with a difficult and sensitive situation, we would have expected a level of professionalism that was not provided, leading to my mother not being able to directly liaise with them with the way she was spoken to and treated.

Awful lettings agent. Not only did they put up rent every opportunity, but also charged admin fees right up to the date that they were banned.
