Anthony Martin managed my two properties in Dartford. They are awful. Very poor communication with me (landlord). Do not usually respond back emails. Unprofessional agents. Do not fulfil their promise what they initially said. Logged complaints with the local agent, manager. I wanted to take the case to the top management of the company, they never provided with the contact details of the top management. I then ended the contract with this company. Very bad experience.

I have reviewed your file and communication and am unable to locate receipt of any formal complaint regarding our services. You did provide the contracted Notice to return the Management of your properties to you, but you confirmed by email that this was for the following reasons \"I appreciate the services Anthony Martin Estate Agents have provided for the management of my properties. However, I have decided to manage the property ourselves due to the high cost of rental properties.\" We take our customer service extremely seriously, and had a complaint been raised in respect of our services we would have been happy to investigate further and if necessary, progress any complaint via the steps within our Complaints Procedure.
