No zero stars allowed Give notice in as moving homes and after 6 years apparently I’m now in rent arrears despite showing them every single bank statement and showing I paid 12 days in advance of when the rent was due they are unable to provide me details of the months missing but demanding that on my last months rent. Can already predict how the deposit is going to go with them despite having a professional end of tenancy cleaner waiting to go in I can almost guarantee that they will find a reason to keep that too.

Please don't rent with them! Truly the worst agency. They will rob you anyway they can. They also rented out a flat in the worst possible condition. The exhaust fell on me and almost broke my foot.
