Worst agency ever - Copy and pasting my review and update - STAY FAR AWAY - Hannah Billings is extremely unprofessional , condescending and frankly quite annoying - also don't bother contacting the out of hours hotline … they are useless, turns out my key had worn down (no fault of my own) and took them over a hour to even respond (despite reading) and turns out they dropped the landlord a WhatsApp…not even trying to call. UPDATE TO THIER RESPONSE - They are talking nonsense , it took nearly two hours for a response (even though they had read my messages) and again the landlord should of been called NOT a WhatsApp message besides from that Hannah customer service is vile and I'm happy I never have to interact with you guys again. I stand by my comments wholeheartedly
