The inventory clerk picked up on many issues, and they were flexible enough to update the report when I sent photos of several issues they missed. I came across No Letting Go, on line and what a fantastic Service, punctual, smart, professional and extremely thorough. This is the third time our letting agent has used this company for out flat, they do at least seem to have improved slightly and no longer describe the solid Oak flooring as Pine laminate but now call it Pine floorboards!
