10ninety offer a well worked system for managing all our lettings both residential and commercial. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need assistance with anything or cant find the right report required. Updates are made to the system when new legislation comes out that help efficiently mange our housing stock and the evolution means we don't have to keep paying for new software. Although the accounts side of the software can sometimes be a little difficult for completing a business tax return the letting and rental management side is far better than other software I have tried and the overall package is worth the monthly cost.
