Fees were more than any other agent, on average £200. Connells charge £450 but they negotiated the deposit with the landlord who brought it down for us.

Even when they are told be th TDS to issue a deposit to the landlord they don't. The hold onto it until you chase and then make up useless excuses as to why they have not done it.
