I cannot recommend this management company. Their lack of professionalism, lack of transparency and sheer lack of interest in their clients is staggering. All they are apparently concerned about is making as much money as possible, to the detriment of their clients. Appalling service all round.
No procedure set.

Shockingly disgraceful. Became a tenant with AB as property managers just over a year ago. Total amateurs. Experienced almost exactly the same as JB's review. Let contractors in without consent, made illegal and threatening comments regarding keeping my deposit. Flat in poor condition when moved in - 75% of light bulbs blown and no hot water! Told to change bulbs myself and boiler fixed over a week later with engineer entering flat with no warning.
