We were disappointed with the level of support we had from Lee Shaw Stourbridge which took them over 18 months to sell our house. Despite the fact that they were also the agent for the sale of our Buyer's property, they did not appear motivated to expedite the process nor chase the chain below. This resulted in us facing many disappointments relating to several provisional dates of completion as a result of the lower chain not being ready. This contrasted very much with the London agents(from whom we bought a property) who aggressively chased our lower chain to ensure that completion occured one week before Christmas. Lee Shaw appears to struggle with staff shortages & the their Boss Andrew, didn't appear to be as involved to solve our problems or return our calls as much as we would have liked him to. Again we are comparing with the London agent who fought our corner more than our local agent; this observation was also made by our local Conveyancing Firm of Solicitors!

I and my family visited at least 8 properties with them for lettings. Very rude and unprofessional. Please engage them only if you have plenty of time to waste. The most awful experience. Do not use Lee Shaw. They are difficult, rude and are highly unprofessional. Their conduct is questionable and dishonest. They refused to inform us of a counter offer, refused to give us the details of the situation and but were happy to string us and our agent along... Read Full Review
