I am writing as a landlord. Once again, awful. As a landlord, they take months to respond to emails, and never get maintenance work done. The staff seem to do very little. They charge 10% commission for non-existent service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

It's the worst agency I ever coop with.They were very nice before contract signing but changed opposite after. They took forever to process our papers and when I asked for my deposit back because they were taking so long they deduced more than half of my deposit.
