Hunters Yeadon promote after sales support but then fail to deliver. Zero help from them post accepting an offer from our buyer. We had more help from our purchasing estate agent who was fantastic and I spoke with them every other day. They helped ring around really felt they were on our side. When I complained, they cited the ombudsman code of conduct which states they will 'act if asked'. If you need to push your estate agent to earn their fee then DO NOT CHOOSE HUNTERS YEADON.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
