As a landlord, it is a company that you can not trust to use their service, as they always breach the agreement and this month, without my prior consent or approval or informing me, they charged me more than £600 for work that was not of emergency and I do not agree to pay.

Will never recommend JS Birmingham to anyone. Unreasonable and unjustified charges. After our fixed term contract ended we wanted to go rolling and they charge £144 for doing nothing!
