Kipling Co. Ltd - DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. After having been a loyal tenant for five years with them, I believe it's important to share my personal experience. It is my hope that this will stop other tenants from being treated disrespectfully and humiliated by ATILA HORVATH. Operational Manager at Kipling Co. LTD who lacks professionalism. I decided not to renew my contract at the end of my tenancy and requested a reference letter from Atila. Atila's response was not only highly unprofessional, but disrespectful and humiliating, by saying that he has more important things to do than my reference and that his colleague Anna is on holiday that he is very busy, and that I am interrupting his day. The words of such a senior staff member left me feeling very disappointed. I tried not to take it personally, and I called the office a few days later, but my calls were ignored. If you do NOT want to find yourself on same or similar situation, please IGNORE this letting agency.

This is a company that puts profit before professionalism. They house undesirable tenants who run illegal activities from their properties. Spent over a week discussing the AST agreement. The original draft provided by Concept Studio Apartments (registered as Kipling Co Limited) contained some clauses which are forbidden under the Tenant Fees Act (2019). These apartments are nothing special. They advertise as stylish, but it's actually the most basic type of cheap Ikea furniture.
