Tried JLL for 6 months on the market. Poor/lack of communication. 1 viewing for whole period. Poor preparation. Did not follow protocol and allowed buyer to come on their own, who tried to talk about money.

-Communicate all facts at relevant time points e.g. INFORM your tenants that they cease to have any authority over the property once the check-out has been arranged even if the tenancy has not ended - why should we continue to pay rent then!?!?!? They should keep the landlord informed of all mails sent to the property. They should pay help landlord to pay the outstanding charges in time. They shld do a sanity check on the tenant during check out to make sure he has made all payment before he leaves.
