When you end the tenancy they will try to find every way to take money out of deposits. You will have to raise a dispute to get your money back and follow up with them months. I give 0 rating to Bairstow eves. Because of this agency I spent night in park with my wife in winter. Mr Hasan guide us for letting property and took 426 pounds as deposit but in the end he deny to give property. Whenever I visit at Bairstow office this men is not available even Manager as well...
