AVOID as a buyer unprofessional and timing. I made 2 offers under Megan Russell working with exp. One of them wasn't submitted to the tenant whist the other I am still awaiting a response. 4 days after submitting the offer I received in writing, it had been submitted the tenant- I am still waiting on a accept or declined communication 8 weeks later!!!! Unprofessional, poor communication and lack of respect for buyers time

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
