Horrendous service with payments not being made and emails not replied to. Only having now left Peter Morgan have I discovered the true depths of the errors they'd been making whilst supposedly "managing" my properties - to the point of putting tenants at risk.

Since Peter Morgan have taken over this estate agents in Talbot Green, it has been awful. Incompetent. As others have said, previous agents were brilliant. Once Peter Morgan took over it's been a total nightmare. Late payments, errors, obstructive staff if you can manage to get them on the phone. Changed to a much better agent now. Avoid at all... Read Full Review

Improve their opening times. \"Office hours\" for an estate agent is ridiculous. Improve their telephone manner. The woman I spoke to was obviously not suited to being in a sales environment.
