Horrendous service with payments not being made and emails not replied to. Only having now left Peter Morgan have I discovered the true depths of the errors they'd been making whilst supposedly "managing" my properties - to the point of putting tenants at risk.

Incompetent. As others have said, previous agents were brilliant. Once Peter Morgan took over it's been a total nightmare. Late payments, errors, obstructive staff if you can manage to get them on the phone. Changed to a much better agent now. Avoid at all... Read Full Review

Improve their opening times. \"Office hours\" for an estate agent is ridiculous. Improve their telephone manner. The woman I spoke to was obviously not suited to being in a sales environment.
