I found it frustrating dealing with Sequence Head Office during the lockdown initially as it was impossible to speak with the same person to get updates and to check on welfare of my tenants as well as to address some arrears. Giving these people one star is one too many. Unprofessional, disrespectful, disorganised, belligerent, time wasters.
