Cockroaches, bed bugs, mice all within 3 weeks of moving in to this place. I was told that I was making up the mice (after already previously reporting the bedbugs and cockroaches) and that I needed video evidence of mice or they weren't going to sort the problem. Ive never dealt with ruder people on the phone - I had several people listen to my phone calls with them and the way I would be spoken to (for issues caused by their negligence may I add) was disgusting and abhorrent. My 'room' was let to me under false pretence - according to tower hamlets council, the minimum size for a bedroom is 8.5m, I had a officer from the environmental health team come to inspect and it was measured at 5.1m (anything under 6.5m cannot be used for sleeping under any circumstances) The window in my bedroom was locked shut and it took them 8 weeks to fix it, blaming it on
