Completely useless. They refuse to update you on any ongoing jobs even if the issue is directly affecting your flat. They don't reply to emails fullstop which makes it impossible to contact when you live abroad. Cannot dictate contracts properly between themselves and decorators which caused a job to be dropped mid contract and never picked back up again 1.5 years later. Don't actually know what they do with their day but I'd imagine just twiddle their thumbs next to a computer that is off at the wall. Fucking useless just avoid.

Average, although they can send out 3 reminder letters in one month with a £15 charge. They say it is automatically issued. THEY KNOW HOW TO MILK IT!!

Contractors used are fine, walkersandford and trying to arrange repairs to homes are useless and waiting 5 months for quotes

These guys are useless, they claim they have contracted work only for it either to not have been done or done to a substandard level The rates that they charge are frightening. This company acted as Factors at my property for years and were extremely poor.
