If you have a choice to use another company then do so. The dodgiest untrustworthy company I have ever had to deal with, no only did they sell 12 disabled parking bays to private tenants, they leave you in minus 6 temperatures with no heating or hot water. Worst agency ever!Had my flat invaded meaning , the the agent * from South Kensignton entered my flat without my permission, going though my things,and absolutely nothing was done! by the manager! and now after moving out he wont answer my emails or phone calls, so unless you want someone invading ...
