After 16 months of living in this property, we've endured 235 days without conservatory doors and only internal doors to protect us through the last winter. It's been 424 days since leaks were reported in the conservatory, 372 days since the kitchen leaks were reported, and 150 days past the deadline for the Council's mandated repairs. Emails have gone unanswered for months. The estate agent has shown a complete lack of care for their tenants and failed to communicate these ongoing issues to the landlords.
