Kelly showed me around two apartments in my first week of viewing as a first time buyer. I had a few different properties to view across several agencies and Kelly's approach was by far my favourite. I was so overwhelmed and she was so lovely and reassuring and super easy to get hold of but absolutely not overbearing and 'salesy'. Really unfortunately the property I ended up putting an offer in on wasn't with Richard James but I was so grateful for the service Kelly delivered and the care she treated me with. Thank you so much for being so lovely, I will always recommend you to anyone going forward.
