I cannot stress how much you should stay away from these criminals. I rented from Cintra/ Ridgemoor properties in my second year at uni (2018-2019) and they took an insanely large deposit from the outset. This company are called Ridgemoor properties, though they are a subsidiary of Cintra and share the same office - avoid them at all cost.
